(o 10) Šulgi, the maternal grandson of Utu-hengal, king of Uruk, and Lu-Nanna the blind scholar, had evil in their hearts.

(o 13) They removed the rites of Anu, the ordinances of Uruk, the scholars' treasure in an undestined manner.

(o 15) He wrote (of it as) the work of Sin, lord of Ur.

(o 16) [During] his reign he wrote and left a stele of lies, tablets of impudence [concerning] the gods' purification rites.
