11	^dḫal-di-ni-ni uš-ma-ši-ni ^miš-pu-ú-i-ni-še ^m^dsar₅-du-ri-ḫi-ni-še i-ni É za-du-ni e-ʾa ba-du-si É-ni-a be-di-e qi-ú-ra-a-ni qu-ul-di-ni ma-a-nu ^miš-pu-ú-i-ni-še [^m^dsar₅-du-ri-ḫi-ni-še] ⸢ši⸣-di-iš-tú-ni	(1) Through the protection of the god Ḫaldi, Išpuini, son of Sarduri, made this building, and (he made it) to perfection. At the place of the building the land was deserted. Išpuini, [son of Sarduri, b]uilt it.
