(1') [...] attentive [ruler, ...] all of the lands, [..., son of] Tukultī-Ninurta (II), king of the world, king [of Assyria, son of Adad-nārārī (II), (who was) also king of the world and king of Assyria];

(5') conqueror from the opposite bank of the T[igris] River [...]. I ascended Mount Amanus (and) [... beams of cedar. (...)] I erected [the im]age of my royal majesty therein. [I …] the land Ḫatti i[n its entirety]. I [made] (the territory stretching) from the city Carchemish of the land Ḫatti, the land Lāqê i[n its entirety], the land Sūḫu, including the land Rapiqu, [bow down] at my feet. From the source of the Subnat River to the [interior] of the land Nirbu [...] to the land Urume, [I stormed] like the god Adad, the devastator, against them. I subdued (the territory stretching) from the passes of the land Ḫabruri to the land Gilzānu (and) the city Ḫub[uškia. I counted] as people [of my land] (the people of) the land Zamua in its entirety.

(14') Capturer of hostages, he who is victorious over all [lands]: I marched to the Great Sea of the land Amurru. [I received] the payment of [the kings on the seashore], of the people of Tyre, Sidon, Byblos, [... I washed] my weapons in the Great Sea [(and) made sacrifices to the gods]. Exalted king who [conquered] all lands from east [to west (...)].

(19') I reorganized the city Kalḫu. [I cleared away the] o[ld] ruin hill (and) dug down to water level. [I sank (the foundation pit) down] to a depth of 120 layers [of brick].

(21') I took people that I had conquered from the lands [over which I had gained dominion], from the land Sūḫu, (from) the land Lāqê in its entirety, (from) the city S[irqu, which is at the crossing of the Euphrates River], (and from) the land Zamua in its entirety. [I settled (them) therein. I dug out] a canal from the Upper Zab (and) called it Patti-ḫegalli. [I planted] gardens in [its environs. I offered] fruit (and) wine to (the god) Aššur, m[y] lord, [and to the temples of my land]. I dedicated that city to (the god) Aššur, my lord.
