Sargon claims to have deported the Tēša and Tuʾmūna in text no. 76 line 11´: šá LÚ.te-šá-a-a LÚ.tu-uʾ-na-a-a is-su-ḫu ma-tu-uš-šu, “who deported the Tēša (and) Tuʾmūna (tribes) to his land.” The land Tuʾmūna is mentioned in a passage immediately following one about (the ruler of) the Tēša in text no. 43 line 18. Line 1: This line is partially illegible on the photos because the upper edge of the slab protrudes and casts a shadow over the signs.
