Here are transliterations, normalisations, and translations for the five Level 1 laws.

Law 14 On kidnapping

VIII 25. šum-ma a-wi-lum
26. DUMU a-wi-lim
27. ṣe-eh-ra-am
28. iš-ta-ri-iq
29. id-da-ak

šumma awīlum mār awīlim ṣehram ištariq iddâk

If a man has stolen a(nother) man's young (lit. small) son, he shall be killed.

Law 21 On breaking and entering

17. i-na pa-ni

If a man breaks into a house, they shall kill him in front of that break-in and hang him up.

Law 22 On robbery

šumma awīlum hubtam ihbutma ittaṣbat awīlum šū iddâk

If a man commits (lit. robs) a robbery and has been seized, that man shall be killed.

Law 195 On hitting one's father

šumma mārum abašu imtahaṣ rittašu inakkisū

If a son has hit his father, they shall cut off his hand.
