This form creates lists of place-holders for catalog entries.
Give the name of the volume in the 'Volume' field.
Give the start and end page/plate numbers in the From/To fields; these must be in arabic digits. You may give leading zeroes if you want them in the output.
To get roman numerals click the relevant radio-button.
The output is sent to the current browser window--simply select-all then cut and paste it to a file.
A <TAB> character is included at the end of each line to make it easy to add a field at the end.
